Possessing up to an ounce is not prosecuted in my city as public policy (as decided first by the prosecutor and agreed to by the police department) so it's de facto legal. Drinking in public is legal. So, you can walk down the street with a whiskey in one hand and a bag of pot in the other and not be arrested.

But I lost interest in it long ago. I have a very small amount (I bought about a 16th ($20) almost a year ago).

I'll occasionally do a one-hitter or two now and then, usually just to help me sleep.

Completely legal for recreational or medicinal use.

There are 4 weed shops within easy walking distance from my home. I will never use any of their product. No desire no need.
