Hmm so I smoked..

As soon as I got the actual packet I didn't really want one anymore. The pay off was shit haha.
I think it might actually help me quit.
If I didn't feel so meh it would be easier i think, but apart from the cravings I actually felt better already without smoking o_o

You forget how you adjust to feeling shit and forget about it. I remember smoking on after quitting for 2 years and feeling sick. Need to get out the house when I have cravings I think. I felt like I had more dopamine running around even though I was irritable.
