So far my 30s feel like my 20s except I feel more confident about things

Turning 30 changed nothing for me. I'm still not a morning person, can still stay up until 2 in the morning, I still feel like a have a good amount of energy, and my hair, eyesight and body are all in tact (knock on wood).
Yes, the silver hairs are starting to show, but they are still very few compared to my youthful color.
I dread turning 40 however.

The way it rolls, I mean God I'm 43 and I really don't give a sh!t anymore what people think but when I was 23 yeah I certainly didn't have the confidence I have now.

30s though yeah I would say if I could be any age forever I'd pick 35ish as that was my prime where I probably looked my best and had good all round confidence.

That's how my 30s felt

I turn 64 this year and I feel like I did in my 30's and 40's. Still do all the things I did then. I agree that with age you seem to get smarter about most everything

I loved my thirties. My forties sucked. I'm 49.
