It all just sucks tbh

No one genuinely loves me...

Although you may feel that way, part of growing up is learning to cope on your own. Getting thru that is what makes a person mature. You have to find your inner strength and learn to rely on your self to get things done. Some people grow stronger and some grow weaker. You will not be alone forever unless you begin to resent others (when the truth is you should be looking g to your own ability at this age) Love is caring for oneself thru difficult times. You can care about others if you can’t take care of yourself, or make things happen for yourself. Once you do that you learn about things and feelings that matter to you. You learn what truly motivates you. You learn who and what to stay away from. What you learn will hopefully guide you into healthier you, and the ability to find a healthy partner. But there is no one who will act as your Angel or secret godmother. But you become a decent flexible human, you can find others with similar values to enjoy life with. The more you mature into a loving human being the more you can get back in return. It’s ironic that you have to BOTH live yourself and others … to mature. It’s ironic that you will be hurt and hurt others to grow up. But yes there is an empty craving at your age so deep that people throw themselves into anything that looks like love. love does take risk but it requires a great deal of self understanding and self respect. When you are loved you won’t believe it’s real. You’ll wonder if it’s true.it is a journey that sucks for a while.
