I might be a noob at clothes online shopping but wtf is this?

I was looking for this exact berghaus pants and I found it, however the description says “Women’s shoe” even though the model is obviously a man, and the photos are obviously focusing on the pants not the shoe!!??? 🫤🤨🤯
