IKEA furniture

Has anybody here ever had to build IKEA Sofas? The frame is easy enough but the backing to put over the frame needs a Quantum Physics Degree!
Really struggled with it and still not sorted, but today I feel ill and I'm in no state to try and finish the first one I pulled out of its boxes. Only 1 more to go after I finally complete the first lol.

I remember helping my brother to put together an IKEA sofa and we had exactly the same problem! We didn't speak to each other for about 2 days after that incident...

Try it in bursts then have a break.

They're a nightmare but i have to use the instructions lol. I went wrong once and dismantled the entire thing. Never again.

@Gangstress yeah I've just had cancel a medical appointment because I'm not upto it. I can rest today and hopefully tomorrow I can sort the backing. I went with the instructions yesterday and I got massively confused as IKEA instructions aren't the best. Ended up I watched someone YouTube do it but I still couldn't figure it.

I do struggle with a lot of thier stuff but i do like the quality and its proven to last

@Highskirt yeah it does last and these new sofas were on sale. In fact it was as expensive to buy 2 sofas from a charity shop than it was to buy them new.
