Do you cheat if so why
Do you have an excuse for your cheating to justifie it to your self.

I cheated once very early in my marriage. My excuse was that my Husband had cheated on me first. However, this didn't make me feel better when I confessed to my Husband what I had done. This excuse couldn't help me over the next 10 years as I tried to rebuild my Husband's trust in me, and it didn't help when the truth became clear that he could never love me as freely as he had done before I cheated. I have not cheated again ( neither has he), and I would never do it again.

@mad205039 I agree, and we did forgive each other. However, being able to love each other without fear that one of us, might someday, no matter how remote the possibility, cheat again, was never a possibility after we cheated on each other. Our love is strong. We have been together for 41 years, but the love we shared before we cheated was completely trusting, having never felt the sting of the pain we would cause each other later. That kind of love, and trust, was never experienced again over the following 38 years.

No I have never cheated before. Though I have let a tiny flow of air in a when i was supposed to be holding my breath. so maybe that was cheating a bit?

I don't think of it as "cheating." A guy needs variety. Could you eat the same thing for dinner, every night, for the rest of your life ?
