Anyone here from Germany?

And work in healthcare or studies maybe🥹

My friends little sister (in Gaza) dreams of becoming a doctor. Her dream is to study in Germany, and to then build a life there and work as a doctor. She's 17, they are displaced from their home, and the fact she's still holding on to this dream is so beautiful to me. We've spoken about it several times, and had a long conversation earlier (she's starting to lose a bit hope). So I told her I'll do some research for her to look at possibilities.

But I'm not from Germany, never wanted to move there either, so I don't know much about the country or foreign policies and stuff..

Any guidance?

@MartinTheFirst Her english is good, but she still need to practice more
@Cassieeeee She's going to need to know German... they do carry out a language test as part of acquiring citizenship - and she will need to pass that.

@Cassieeeee I think she will do fine with English. In my experience, German people know English, they just don't always like to speak it. 🤭

@Nightwings That's my impression too 😅
