Kids Meal??? 馃

So since I'm on the road a lot and trying to cut back on the amount I eat, I've been getting a small nugget and fries from McDonalds about twice a week.

So far it's worked, but should I just spring for the Kids meal? It's pretty much the same price and at least I get apples. lol Plus it has less calories to boot.
Calories aren't the only thing that happy meals have fewer of... they also have fewer nutrients that an adult body requires to be healthy.

It might be better to skip the McD's and grab yourself a ready made salad from the supermarket instead.
