Addicted to Videogames, YouTube, and the Internet

This is probably one of the main vices I have that stops me from getting things done like school work, laundry, cleaning, being with people and working on singing, but I don't have many friends outside of the internet and I like making friends on xbox and on here. I'm awkward and people are taxing, but I still like community. But I've got so much work to do and memorizing music to do that I'm overwhelmed and am trying to forget it by being on the internet, watching YouTube and Netflix and playing on xbox. I've been trying to escape my life and chaotic situation by distraction but I end up in the same space or worse when I'm done. Just further behind.
