What would you change about yourself if you were able too !

I would like to understand how to do friendships/relationships, love, romance and intimacy and stop feeling as though it's an impenetrable dark space in my adult understanding with both no tangible content and no discernable 'doorway' to enter the space to put anything there through the experiences I've had to date.
