the root cause is depression, dont listen to ppl saying you need motivation blah blah, the solution is simple: block off the early morning and bedtime hours for homework and utilise the reminders and google calendar app to avoid procrastination; that’s it don’t let your brain come up with reasons like “im too depressed to do this” bc every day counts
