Let it go - Stop carrying around what doesn’t serve you

It’s interesting how on Monday morning when I first wake up. I begin picking up the issues from last weeks work week. Like the anger about an insubordinate employee. What if he thought about what he did and he comes in and apologizes or changes his attitude now that he had a few days off but I’m still holding onto it and it causes him to fall right back into his crappy attitude.

How many other things do I pick back up because I’m waiting on someone else to change before I let go of it.

I think I’m going to practice letting go more and see how that works instead of meeting people where they are and maybe that will stop fueling their behavior and I’ll get the result I want.

Dya know a good friend told me a story of two monks. It is a Buddhist parable, which actually meant a lot to me
