What do you miss?

@DrScissorhands I was used to painless periods for a long time so even mild discomfort throws me off and I'm becoming self-destructive. I'm more worried about my mental health now.

@CrazyMusicLover That is even worse. Hormonal imbalance that comes with your menstrual cycle. I hope you find some healthy coping mechanisms

@DrScissorhands One thing is certain, I have to visit a doctor. But I know when I will do that and he would offer me BCP I'd just grab them and stop trying any other alternative path. I can't believe there's no other solution to this.
