Was the dentist staff being rude or honest? Some say she was honest and I need to buck up and be an adult.

So I was having a bad toothache last night and I was told A while back that I needed a root canal so this morning I called and said that my tooth has been hurting and she explained to me how much it is? Well I asked. Then she explained it to me. I asked how what if I can’t afford it.
She paused and said, “Look I thought that when you asked how much it is, you had the money for it. I don’t know why I’m wasting my time explaining to you about the prices if you can’t even afford it. A complete waste. Theirs no point.”
She didn’t have to be so rude. I was like, “I was just asking.” And she said, “We’ll I’m telling you the truth. Their is no point in asking if you want even afford it. Call me back when you can and we can work out a payment plan. Have a nice day.” And she hung up. I started crying. Where’s my daddy when I need him? RIP Daddy 😭😭😭😭😭😭

There is never a reason for them to be rude. You need to call around and see who will set up a payment plan or do free work.
The dentist I trusted got arrested for fraud. When I was a teen the dentist my mom trusted drilled with out meritt and damaged my teeth..Im paying for that now.

Sometimes people get work done at dental schools at a lower price. If there is one near you that might be an option for you to consider.
