I hate that I have to actively remind myself to speak up and not be a little pushover

I was doing good for like a month, so I thought I've fully transformed or something. Turns out I was just on some sort of temporary high and I'm still like this 😂😂


I should've known change wasn't going to be that easy. I keep forgetting I'm worthy 🙄
