I don't know how to give advice to someone who I feel gives the best advice. I feel like I'd just be telling them things I know they already know.

People need to hear things out loud and from another voice in a supportive way whether they already know or not.

You should do it. At worst they'll brush it off.

At best it'll stick with them for years, or a lifetime. You'll never know. But it costs nothing so there's no downside
