Maybe join a club, or take a class in something you enjoy/are interested in?

The whole world is struggling with interaction right now, due to covid & lockdowns

Mum is dead, my dad too only got a sister and a brother but they live far away from me.i haven't got many friends one I do have one friend who has a life of his own to live n sort out.
With this pandemic it's hard to do anything to help each other.
My friend only has one sister who is not too well and lost his mum n dad as well. He has more than enough to deal with himself.

Do you have other family and friends ? When I was widowed I spent a lot of time with other loved ones and let them reach out. There are also support groups specifically for widows and widowers.
