Is there any software that can recover lost photos and videos?

@summerlove I don't, and being an iPhone makes it extremely difficult. Honestly not sure you have many options.

@RandomForest Well they were on my phone then I put them on my computer but it crashed and I lost everything and didn't back them up. I usually do but I had a lot of of photos and videos that I lost at that time. Just wondering if there was any way of retrieving them?

You had transferred the files to a computer... then you have some hope. I don't know the situation with data on a 'phone.

You might need to consult a specialist computer repairer, depending on what experience you have with the "hardware".

The fault might be almost anywhere in the system, so if the drive or memory itself is still operable then it might be possible to run it as an external drive on a different computer, and so copy the files from it. It's worth trying, at least.

It will also depend if the files have been damaged or deleted, but even then suitable forensic software might recover at least some of them.

(A computer never deletes a file from the "delete" command. The file just loses its indexing, and though in time it becomes over-written, it can often be recovered.)
