Is consciousness one of the least understood thing in Science to day ?

Yes it is. See how our perception of the world changes as we age or learn new things, how aware and self aware we become. In my opinion consciousness is the amount of information our brain is able to process while we are awake. It’s a very biological thing. In the future we should be able upload parts of our brain’s neural network to a computer.
