Well, just do it. That’s my best advice. I’ll tell you a little bit of my story. I was in a similar place as you. I wanted to go back. I started in 2015. That was the year I graduated high school. Then, life hit me. I experienced my first heart break, and I became broke. I dropped out in February of 2017. Found love that summer. I kept contemplating going back to school. I worked dead end jobs, I was content in love, and I really had nothing else to look forward to. I started contemplating what I was good at. I can sing, I love to research and write, I love all things philosophy, and I am an English lover!! I love to read. So I re-enrolled to the university for the fall semester of 2019. Fast forward to 2022, I just ended a five year relationship. But I will be graduating with honors, summa cum laude with a bachelor’s in English (professional/technical writing), and a minor in communication. I went through a lot of shit. Homelessness, abuse in my relationship, but I still persevered. Now I’m doing a paid internship for the honors society that I am in, with the possibility of employment upon graduation! If you want to do it, then do it. I suggest getting a degree in something you love! It will pay. I hope you go back, and most importantly, enjoy the ride.

@Saucylover Lol, sorry for the typos. I’m used to typing on a laptop. Also, I’m graduating in December of this year. It flew by. It seems like I just enrolled yesterday.

@Saucylover I was already enrolled in college. I finished one semester and then I just dropped out. That was like 6 or 7 years ago and a lot of shit has happened since then but pretty much I realize like I'm wasting my time if I just keep doing what I'm doing and not go back to school so I have to if I want to get out of the factory life. But yeah I'm just done wasting my time on dead end jobs like I wanna study business and languages too. I'm bilingual so I know there's a lot of jobs available for people like that.

@HannibalMontanimal Being bilingual opens so many doors for you. Good luck on your journey! I’d love an update in the future. I know you’ll be successful. You’ve mastered the first step, and that is to go after what you want.
