Why do most men just look at women but never say anything?

@SweetFantasy Exactly, that's why I never chat to women in real, if I am out and about, I dont want to pecived as creepy or intrusive.

@iamBen I know that sounds very cold but it's the truth put bluntly. If you look at a woman and she looks back and keeps looking back even 2 more times and she isn't frowning at you or looking confused, she isn't creeped out, proceed to talk to her!

@iamBen the general rule is people look at things that interest them. The more they look away and look back the higher their interest.
