What's your reaction to your sexual urges?

I ignore them or rub a few out.

It has never been easy. When it has already came to the point where you need to react, you will need very decisive mind, strong will power to come out from the scenario, otherwise you will not be able to do much to prevent your urges from overpowering your decision making. Although there are some tips like drinking cold water, talking to some other people, doing few pranayama, etc..

The point is to channel your energies, mind and time to other more productive things, that also can give you satisfaction of accomplishing something, which will be also useful in your life. It's also about maintaining a different life style. It's not about how to stop thinking about that, it's about thinking something creative to you that can occupy your mind so much that you don't get time to think about it. Ans slowly you learn to disassociate yourself with it.

I was being social before the pandemic.
With diabetes it has become more of a challenge because i am always masked up in common public areas. I am not entertaining the thought of catching long covid.
