I Believe In the Power of Prayer
A few months ago, I mentioned here about my dear friend who has a very rare form of Lymphoma. Many said they would pray for him and for that I am forever grateful. One in particular posted this prayer.. A prayer I say everyday.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for bringing us to another day. I ask that you give this man the grace that only comes from you. Wrap your loving arms around him and his family, let them feel you ever near. Guide the doctors and medical staff in the direction you would have them go. Cause the medicine he must take to do exactly what it needs to do. Above all else Father give him and those around him peace of faith, love, and comfort in knowing you are with them. Reconcile them all to what is your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
