You ought to apply for website administration, they'd probably hire you. Not because of the nobleness of your intentions, but because it would give them a break from being full time referees. This ain't your father's EP. Blocking is there for a good reason.

If someone blocks you because of your nationality I’d say you would be better off @Wediegiver
