Sin against the Holy Spirit
@SW-User Yes, calling Him a liar.

It’s like we are thrown a lifesaver and reject it and drown instead.
@cherokeepatti Exactly.

I'll accept being 'unpardonable' by a bunch of priests. :)
@Thodsis Jesus IS our High Priest.

Regular priests today, can't forgive anyone's sins. After Jesus died on the cross, priests were done away with they weren't needed any longer to make atonement for the people's sins. Jesus became our ultimate high priest and the Old Law is abolished. A priest today can no more forgive us of our sins. He is with sin himself, but Jesus being sinless, became the perfect High Priest for us, so that we can pray directly to Him and ask Him to forgive us of our sins. John 3:16 to 17.

@LadyGrace I think that the Pope and the rest of the Catholic industry might disagree . Me verse 12:42.
@Thodsis I know they would because I guess they don't want to believe what the Bible says about that. This is a mere man that has sent himself and he served his purpose in the time before Jesus came but after that scripture says that priests are no longer needed and they cannot forgive sins. They don't have the authority to do that. Only Jesus Does
The worst sin? Not appreciating you were born and being a person who commits the act of self deprecation. You are given the inherent strength of worth and goodness. Failure to accept it IMO is a sin.
@soar2newhighs okay but I just don't know how you can go against what God's word says about it. It's very clear in the Bible.
@LadyGrace The Bible, the new and old testaments said many things. And much of what is and was in them is disputed.
@soar2newhighs Yes, but that's not because God's Word is contradictory or with error. It is disputed among men, but God cannot make a mistake. The Bible is the most wonderful book in the world. It not only tells us the past history but it also tells us what's going to happen in the future and no other book can do that with 100% accuracy. All of God's prophecies, to date, have all come to pass. And all of his future prophecies shall do the same. It is a 100% reliable work of the Holy Spirit. Not man, and that's why we can rely on it. It is 100% trustworthy.

It is man that messes up the meaning and twists things around and makes people believe the Bible is not accurate, but has contradictions and such, and that is just not true. A perfect God such as the Lord God Almighty, who is perfect in every way and cannot sin, does not sin, never sins, and is no liar, did not hand down His own Word to us, with flaws, errors, or contradictions. That is what some people say and that is a devil's lie.

The Smithsonian Department of Anthropology said this about the Bible (referring to history).

"Much of the Bible, in particular the historical books of the old testament, are as accurate historical documents as any that we have and are, in fact, more accurate than many of the Egyptian, Mesopotamian, or Greek histories. These Biblical records are used, as are other ancient documents in archeological work. For the most part, historical events described, took place, and the peoples cited, really existed."
Saying God doesn’t exist when you KNOW He does. Being a gate keeper against the “wrong type” of people

I think Granny Weatherwax summed it up well:
Granny: "Evil is when you treat people as things. Including yourself. That’s what evil is."

Oats: "It’s a lot more complicated than that-"

Granny: "No. It ain’t. When people say things are more complicated than that, they means they’re getting worried that they won’t like the truth. People as things, that’s where it starts."
