SW-User
So what will you do when you end up being wrong?
SW-User
@Carazaa No, we are not talking about that. We are talking about your prediction of the apocalypse. What will you do when you are wrong and January 2024 comes to pass?
Carazaa · F
@SomeMichGuy I put Gods word above peoples interpretation of scripture. God is using the internet to warn people he is coming, get ready!
Carazaa · F
@SW-User I have not set a date I am saying believe in Jesus because you could die tomorrow and where will you go then? I know Jesus is coming this generation because he told us ALL the signs of the last generation.
"When the gospel has gone out to the whole world then the end."
Jesus said
Here are some recent predictions of the "End of Days." Sorry, I'm too lazy to format them nicely. I predict that your list of predictions will fail just as badly as these five!

Apr 2014–Sep 2015 John Hagee, Mark Biltz The so-called blood moon prophecy, first predicted by Mark Biltz in 2008 and then by John Hagee in 2014. These Christian ministers claim that the tetrad in 2014 and 2015 may represent the beginning of the Messianic end times. Some Mormons in Utah combined the September 2015 blood moon with other signs, causing a large increase in sales of preppers survival supplies. [180] [181]

23 Sep–15 Oct 2017 David Meade Conspiracy theorist David Meade predicted that Nibiru would become visible in the sky and would "soon" destroy the Earth. [182]

23 Apr 2018 David Meade After his 2017 prediction failed, Meade predicted the rapture would take place and that the world would end on this date. [183] [184]

9 Jun 2019 Ronald Weinland Weinland, who previously predicted the world would end in 2011, 2012, and then 2013, predicted in 2018 that Jesus would return on June 9, 2019. Prior to the date occurring he began to express some doubts regarding his own prediction. [185] [186]

2020 Jeane Dixon Dixon predicted that Armageddon would take place in 2020. She previously predicted the world would end on February 4, 1962.

@ElwoodBlues haha well, well, what do you know... thanks for putting some effort into thinking about this.
In Rev 11, It says the woman will flee to the wilderness 1260 days ( if we apply this to years) The Jews were scattered.
Sorry days are days and years are years. If you have to re-jigger things that way, the prediction is wrong!
As you can tell in the Bible it says that a thousand years is like a day to God. And He said the Jews would be scattered and they would be gathered back again. We have to pay attention to this. It is a clue. God tells us that he will give us clues that will be discovered by those who search out the truth.
In Daniel 8 It says "for 2300 days the sanctuary will be cleansed and trampled under foot."
Why are you converting days to years, and even so the following math doesn't work!
Sure it does. The Islam Mosque was built on the temple mount and they deny Jesus as Lord, the creator of the universe and we know he is because he proved it and it says so many places in the Bible John 1 etc.
In AD 333 Alexander the great conquered Conquered the persian Empire. Plus 2300 =1967 peace treaty
Yes, right!
And there were bigger peace treaties after WWI, WWII, Vietnam war, & many other wars. The 1900s were filled with treaties! Trump organized a bunch of treaties with Israel in 2020!!
Sure

Information doubling every 12 minutes??? You've got that wrong too.
Information is doubling very fast just like the Bible said it would in the end times, yep.
The Bible predicts information will increase?
Yep it is one sign of the last generation.
Big deal, that doesn't set an endpoint. Many of your "predictions" don't set an endpoint.
Right, I am not setting dates, correct.
God said that "Don't be ignorant about this, a thousand years is like a day to God."
So your resolution is roughly 1000 years? That's 50 generations! How can you pin things down to 1 generation?
We are figuring when the LAST generation is, and that is now.
The third day, Sunday, only lasted a few minutes since he rose very early. So it will be early after 2000 years, which will be about 2028.
HUH??? Pardon me, I sure can't follow that logic!
Jesus said he would rise the third day and if each day is a thousand years from when he died then thats about now. He rose early on the third day.
I could go on, but you get my point - what you have is all vague hand-waving with ad-hoc conversion constants.
That's your opinion, but then you don't know the Bible very well. We are to search out the scriptures God says. So I am not saying anything is a sertainty except asking peo[;e to trust in Jesus because He could come back any minute now.
@Carazaa
In Rev 11, It says the woman will flee to the wilderness 1260 days ( if we apply this to years) The Jews were scattered.
The Jews are still scattered! More so than ever. The majority of Jews live in the USA nowadays, but plenty are in Europe, Russia, & the Middle East. And what about people like me who are half-Jewish by blood, but never practiced Judaism; we're proof of even more scattering!

So I still say you're playing fast and loose with your "conversion constants." If one day is 1000 years, than we still have over a million years [1260*1000 - 2021 give or take] until the end times. Why would some days be 1 year and other days be 1000 years? And if the 1000 is a rough scaling factor, it could easily be 1200 or 1300 and your six days could cover 30% more centuries than you calculated.

And why would God give "hints" or "clues"? Why speak in riddles? "Thou shalt not Kill" is direct and clear; no need to decypher any clues there. Why should one expect Him to be direct and clear in some cases, and riddled with mysterious uncertainty in other cases? Oh yeah, sometimes He speaks in parables - so maybe 1000 years is a parable not a conversion constant!

@ElwoodBlues

I would be very proud of your heritage if I were you!

The State if Israel 1948 gathered the Jews to their own country, and many are still going back there today. 100,000 Jews moved back the last 3 years. A quarter million the last decade. Ofcourse some might live in The USA or other countries but now they have a country that they did not have before 1948.

The Bible is the story of humanity from the first day of Adam and Eve until the last day before God burns up it ALL. Everything is in the Bible, Jesus answered what must first come to past for this generation to see his coming. We can just read that and not think further or we can study what are the signs that he talked about in the end before he comes. Most have been wrong and I could be wrong too ofcourse.
He wants us to watch and pray. Jesus is THE SLAUGHTERED LAMB in the passover that takes away the sins of the world. He saved me! I love him and I live for him. He answers my prayers, and he protects me. He said,

"I am the truth, the Way, The Life no one comes to The Father but through me."

I hope and pray you will realize he is your Messiah too.🙂
