Getting my life together one step at a time, but even then my nervous system was pretty shot from all the traumatic stuff. much to my surprise it was actually g@bapentin that what I can only describe as gave me a physiological reset. I’m not saying that particular medicine is the solution, but it made me a believer in the value of the right fit medication to help replenish serotonin/dopamine levels combined with healthy lifestyle and mental health changes.

I haven’t felt inner peace since 1979, but I find “Mindfulness” to be a beautiful way to live, and get closer to it. It’s not easy to do in this tumultuous world, but it’s worth practicing.

Not that i have 'inner peace ', but im more peaceful now.
Id say it was crisis .
Being pushed to the edge , having to deal with fears and strife, losing so much .....and still being here.
...it changed my perspective a bit. I dont feel so tightly wound . I feel more relaxed about 'just living " now.
