You might want to take a class at your local hospital on how to live with a Vet suffering from PTSD, because it's almost like living with an alcoholic in some respects. I think that Al-Anon for families and children of alcoholics deals with similar issues.

You need to go outside the home, at least three times a week. Perhaps you could volunteer somewhere locally. If you have somewhere to go, it will help you to let off your own energy and the steam you are building up.

Sometimes people need to find a way to take a little break. I hope the rest of your day goes well.

I am a Vietnam vet too, there is no excuse for that behavior. He had problems before and they just intensified. There is a time to call it quits,

@acpguy Where in Vietnam were you?
Yes I agree one can only take so much.
YET catch 22 here I would too much to lose and learn to tolerate. I have a network that helps. There will be no tear shed the day God tsk s him...but we all live with something. He cannot be alone either.
Excuses reasons..I'm not perfect!
