Is it important to be treated like a priority?

I'm currently dating someone who is a great conversationalist, and a really good friend. But when it comes to progressing our relationship, she is almost always hesitant to do so. No, I don't mean s*x, but I mean doing more things together, because we only spend time together ONCE a week. I suggested twice a week alot the past couple weeks, but she's never interested in pursuing that idea. Not only that, but she puts alot of things in her life ahead of our relationship; like she puts all her friends ahead of it, as well as waits until the last minute to want to make plans cause she wants to see what her cousins/friends are doing first. I don't feel like a priority at all, and it's something that really bothers me. We've been dating for 3 months now btw, so isn't it normal to want to progress things at this point? I get everyone is different, but then again maybe this relationship just isn't for me, especially if she doesn't want to take on any kind of responsibility or change for it. If a plan falls through, she still throws the responsibility of planning again on me, which really bugs me.

Clearly you're not a priority in her life. Does she make you her priority while she is with you?

Maybe you're confusing a relationship with friendship. Hanging out once a week isn't really a relationship. Be cool 馃槉

@SimplyTracie: Surprisingly, that is considered a relationship to her...
