Why does so much crime go unoticed while its happening?
People only notice later on there was vandalism or a broken into car. Are people deaf?

@Lilnonames I had a neighbor that would leave for the weekend and cats or squirrels or something would trigger the car alarm and it would be going off all weekend. Haven’t had a problem with that in quite a few years.
