Having an orgasm destroys my energy stamina etc for up to a whole daytime (12+ hrs) after - what's your experience ?

I don't seem to have any way to overcome that if I have an orgasm be it with another Actual Human (tm) or with Mrs Palmer (and/or her twin sister) I am zapped of stamina energy drive desire and feel tired for up to a whole daytime (12 + hrs) afterwards.

I've always experienced it like that. How is it for you? Does it differ between men and women? I understand that female orgasms are totally different to male orgasms.

I wonder what causes it? Any feeling of goodness evaporates very fast.

orgasm causes your body to release various hormones. Some of them help you feel "happy", some of them suppress pain, some of them make you relaxed / tired. Some of them interfere with your ability to get sexually stimulated (for a while). While I was still a soldier, we were advised not to have sex for a day or two prior to a PT test, as it would cause our run time to increase. (means we would get a lower score on the test)

Me personally? I don't really notice the "tired" effect of orgasm unless I have several in a short time period. Like if I have sex 4 times in 6-8 hours for example. THEN I feel like you describe...zapped of stamina energy drive desire, tired for 12+hours.

I have a way above average sex drive. Very few women can keep up with me, no matter how much they love sex.
