@wallflowerguy I just had confidence in myself when i did it, I was good at foreplay and could last long (too long tbh which is actually annoying for women) but obviously terrible at sex for the first couple times as you need to get the rhythm down.
But yeah you'll have some nerves but just enjoy it and live in the moment, it's not a big deal once you've got it out your system.

Do you mb? If so do you ever edge? Using those techniques while having sex will help you last longer. Thrusting hard and fast will bring on the urge to ejaculate. When you feel that back off a little, focus on something else. A guy could probably explain it better.

You could try taking care of yourself before meeting whoever it is you are going to loose your virginity to. If you can't do that, foreplay and oral are great ways to make the sex last a little before the main event so to speak. Just relax and take whatever happens as it comes. No pun intended.
