Is it weird that I don't care if my partner can make me laugh or not?

It's not one of my requirements for a life partner, they don't have to make me laugh, personally.

I have known married couples (both young and old) from my workplace workplace who are like lovebirds and no one really cares.

No, not weird. I watched something that said girls generally want somebody who can make them laugh, guys usually want a partner that will laugh at their jokes (has a sense of humor).
