My girlfriend thinks she's a great actress but isn't, should I tell her?

She's done plays and she's just not very good, but she's convinced herself she is. Some people have already told her but she's in denial about it, I haven't had the heart to tell her myself.

Encourage her instead of being defeating. She'll remember you were against encouragement forever. She's young, she's got her whole life to become good and enjoy something she loves whether she becomes good at it or not. Discourage her and it's very possible the resentment she'll feel, she'll carry in her forever. If she enjoys it it doesn't matter if she ever gets good at it
