Should I keep waiting or should I message him?

Hi, my ex boyfriend is currently in Amsterdam and will be there until Monday. We had an argument Tuesday Night and haven’t heard from him since. The reason why we still talked was because we were still friends but a few weeks ago, I found out I was pregnant. Monday, I got an abortion and I expected him to reserve time to talk to me because he said he would be there for me. Instead he replied to texts very slowly and I went through the whole day alone. I told him I was done dealing with the poor treatment and that I was done talking to him. I was very emotional but at the same time I did mean it. So I hung up and haven’t talked to him since. He hasn’t reached out or apologized. I don’t know if I’m better off. If this is him showing he doesn’t care. Or if I’m actually in the wrong and supposed to be talking to him. I am on day two of not speaking to him or knowing how he is. It’s hard because we used to talk every day. I have a feeling he might try to contact me Monday. Maybe. I don’t know.
