Well yeah of course he does. Its natural to be attracted in the opposite sex regardless of if they have a partner or not. As long as they are respectful and dont act on it there's not really a problem except for working on your self esteem. I spout this stuff easily but it pisses me off and upsets me when my spouse finds other women attractive. Sigh...

You can relax a little ... I like to be in the company of cool people ... some funny ... some successful ... some with interesting hobbies ... and that includes ladies that have good posture, fashionable attire, enchanting smiles, enticing hair and yes even eye catching cleavage

If you're insecure then your best bet is to ask him about it. Guys will look, not much that can be done about that. As long as they let the person they are with know that even if they look at others, that their heart is for you only. It's possible if you bring that up that he might understand better and try to do better not to make it obvious he is looking.
