@Zonuss I'm trying I know I fall into the pits of despair which can be draining to others but in it all I'm actually asking for solutions and clarity. A way to resolve things. I must admit that I find it harder and harder to find the joy in everyday things but I'm hopeful that tomorrow will be better. I just trip up I personally feel its hormonal and vitamin d imbalance. Winters always hit me hard.
