I don't know whether it's really a weakness. I like being praised. It makes me happy. And it makes me praise others.

Everyone likes to be praised. It's the ego getting massaged.

@Rokasu Like it or not, if you worked hard on a project, you deserve praise even if it didn’t turn out to be Nobel Prize winner.
