I somehow pulled my lower back out of place earlier this week and it put pressure on my shoulder blade and had me feeling very sore for a whole day, until I popped it back into place again.

@Bexsy Yeah the whole time I thought it was something wrong with my shoulder blade, until my lower back popped back into place after stretching and I was able to move my head and shoulders easier and the pain started easing up lol
