Find time to keep the romance alive through something special together between the 2 of you on at least a semi-regular basis. Otherwise, just get along, give each other the time and trust for personal space when needed. Try not to nag the other person over small stupid things, that only leads to bigger troubles if it keeps up. If you have kids then share the responsibility, and have some reliable child sitting coverage to give yourselves the ability to have a night to yourselves every now and then.
