I have never understood how people can form online romantic relationships with people across the world. I'm not trying to make fun or criticize. This is definitely a generational thing, though, it seems.

@LordShadowfire yeah I didn't get it either really. I still don't but you can have very meaningful conversations over the phone and we talk a lot. At the end of the day though it's just another big reason why I feel it won't work. It could be so different in person. And what you just visit a couple times then live together? Seems like a jump
@LordShadowfire I tried it once when I first came here and it was horrible. I learned early on that I’m not emotionally healthy enough for a LDR with someone on a semi anonymous website. I have to have my person in person. I’m way too emotionally fragile.
