Does anyone else do this?

I've always got several books on the go that I chop and change between. Some are spiritual and some novels. I find it stops me getting bored when reading. So are you a multiple books type reader or do you prefer one at a time?
Multiples. And often at least one I won’t finish for weeks. It’s on my mind, brings me guilt but I have to make one of them my least priority.
Currently it’s a memoir about a criminal hobo called You never Win, by Jack . But the others are going great! I make time for them everyday.

@nonsensiclesnail I have one book I haven't touched since September last year 😂. I want to finish it I just don't know when. I seem to read spiritual books more quickly than novels these days.
I wish I did but I find I listen to spiritual books on audible more than I sit and read them. Unless they are short, then I’ll read them and often re-read them. @RubiesandButterflies If I’m really into the book I will listen to it, then read it and take notes by writing in the book. I’m horrible that way - my book reading often involves highlighters and extra pages.
But novels are just for fun.

Not several but I usually have something serious and something lighter going on at the same time. Read the serious book for awhile every night and then my reward is to put it down and pick up a good crime novel or something. :)
