Thoughts on Christianity [I Want To Write My Random Thoughts And Feelings]
I'd like to gather my thoughts at this time regarding Christianity, if that is ok.
1. I will always be interested in it, like many an atheist is, but the difference with me is i am and have been done for quite a long time with complaining about it. It is what it is. From there comes the following:
2. There are 2 essential sides to it all, one side is all nice and about love, that's the popular part. The other side is controversial, and this is what critics call attention to as if it's mere existence disqualifies it for the right to exist, which then leads to my 3rd point:
3. It is not of this world, so those who like and idealize what is natural and earthly will obviously take offense to it.
Final thought
4. There is good and bad in all, regardless of what one thinks about Christianity, how it functions en masse and on the individual, i see it as a blessing that brought to the world some great minds that either stood for it, or against it. Without it we would have been, i dunno, but i'm inclined to think we'd be poorer without it.
