The feeling was real

Someone used my atm card to buy giorgio armani.

I believe it was someone at doordash ..the last place my card was used.

I'm broke and now I am even broker.

I want to puke.

I hate scammers. I doubt it's someone at DoorDash, these applications do not allow their employees to view payment information (it is usually stored as encrypted data that cannot be viewed).

Think about the last place you used it, or if someone else in your household used it on a non-secure site.

Potential problem is also public WiFi networks. Scammers set up their own routers. I was once at a hotel, where a bad employee set up their own router, and were stealing password.

Sorry this happened to you. You may want to check with your back, this sort of stuff is covered by the bank's insurance company.

@Northwest I am on the phone with them now and you would be surprised how people can get your card number.

This has happened to me before and I know it is Doordash because the only other transaction is a regular withdrawl from another bill.

They said it is possible and they are launching an investigation.

@iamonfire696 I dont need to change the account number just get a new debit/credi card. It was my card # what was comprmised. I got a new one today. I will have to change my biling accounts because that is the card I pay my bills with.

A couple of months ago someone from another state used my card for their grocery. Customer service said some people can press random numbers to gain advantage.
