I need to be talked down. I am having a day ... And now...
Now I am freaking out a little because I brought my meds to the table to take and don't recall if I actually took one. I dont think i did...so I took one but now I am concerned I might have taken two.
Fuck...why am I like this?

You will be okay. Most meds you'd have to take a whole year's supply to get even 50% chance of dying. If you have been taking them for a while you shouldn't feel any difference. Side effects might be increased if you have any side effects from them or if you are new to the med. I forget if I take mine all the time. In those cases I always skip the dose. But mine has a fairly long half life so I can skip a dose every now and then.
I have to lay out my meds every week because the only way I remember if I’ve taken them is if the pillbox for the corresponding day is empty. It’s totally normal.
@JaggedLittlePill oh yeah, i totally get that. Ive done that with my anxiety meds. It doesnt bother me too bad. I used to take a higher dose anyways. I have a feeling it may help you today!! Trust me, i know!! 😝😂
