You simply never could! It was a little better before all the changes, yet you never could see all the posts even when SW started in 2016.
It has everything to do with the rating system on posts, how your settings are set and how your own posts are rated by the system.
Your followers also are apart of the rating system as well. More followers more posts. Provided your rating is up to it.

They never will change those "various" algorithm"s" . 🤷♂️
For them those come first anything else is secondary.
Those algorithms are the first layer. Theses changes are the second layer after being shifted through the first layer. Object oriented programming.
