Do you bother with photo albums/scrap books anymore? Or is digital the way to go for you?

The problem with digital is that it doesn't last. Formats change over time. Media degrades over time. In 10 years, it may be that files you create now will be unreadable. And after the tech apocalypse of 2036, there won't be any electricity available to even power up a storage device. Paper, though, while fragile, under the right conditions, can last for centuries, and even be viewable and readable.

Trying to sort through my digital photos now and print important ones off ,if they stay digital they will never be seen again by next generation ,, lost in old dusty computer

I have lots of pics still in their photoshop envelopes, plus a fair sized box, when I get some free time I would love to put them in albums.

I have a digital storage safely kept in the safe. But I also print favorite shots for an album.

I’m thinking of printing some of my travel shots in wall frame size.

honestly, it doesnt hurt to have both digital and paper copies. its not a choice, you can actually have both.

I have boxes of pictures all organized. I just can't throw them away.

I'm concerned that we'll lose so much with everything being digital.
