Have you ever been yelled at by your doctor?

Yesterday I had a follow up appointment after my surgery. I said “last week at work I didn’t feel good but I still worked” he yelled and said “why did you go to work you had surgery” I said “you didn’t tell me to stay home or give me a doctors note to give to my boss”
