Fake news and fake people.

I hear people on this site talking about fake news and fake people all the time but how am I supposed to identify a fake news story compared to a real news story? What’s the difference?

How do I identify fake people from real people?

Anyone care to answer those questions?

@DDonde I was more asking about actual news on tv than what people post on here. But I agree. If you are talking about news then post a link to that news item.
